All authors must first Login or Register to submit the manuscript.

Manuscript Submission Checklist
Authors who wish to submit a manuscript must pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the requirements listed, it is likely that the manuscript will be rejected and returned.
1. The manuscript has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or has been described in Comments to the Editor).
2. Manuscript files are in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
3. References that can be accessed online have their URLs written down.
4. Manuscripts are typed with 1-spaced text; 12-point font; italicized, not underlined (except URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text where they are expected, rather than grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
5. Manuscript typing and citations follow the scoping style required in the Author Guidelines.
