Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Article Writing Guidelines
1. The article is an original work and has never been published in a periodical issue. The topic of writing is in accordance with the scope of the journal study, which focuses on strengthening, mentoring, and empowerment of community.
2. Articles must be the results of field research related to the scope of the journal.
3. The following elements must be included in research articles: title, author's name and identity, abstract (150-200 words) in Indonesian and English, keywords (3-5 words), background information about academic anxiety, findings from previous studies, and author's position as described in the problem formulation; research methods used; findings; discussion; conclusions and references.
4. Articles are written in 1.15 spacing, 7000-8000 words (excluding abstracts and references) and typed using Microsoft Word program, B5 Paper and Cambria font, size 12.
5. Quotations and references in writing use footnote model with Turabian style 8th Edition. For more detailed writing guide can be found here.
6. Transliteration of Arabic letters to Latin follows the guidelines of the transliteration system used by the Institute of Islamic Studies, McGill University. Please install the Times New Arabic font before applying the transliteration below:

For writing short sound: a = ´  ;  i = ِ  ;    u =  ُ

Long sound: a> = ا  ;  i> = ي  ;    u> = و

Diphthong sound:   ay  =  اي  ;    aw =  ا و
